Pear Blossoms In the Dark
Pear trees are beautiful in the Spring when they bloom because the tree is covered by the flowers. This Bradford pear tree only bears blooms, but never fruit.
The pear is any of several tree and shrub species of the genus Pyrus, in the family Rosaceae.
It is also the name of the fruit. Some pear trees do not bear fruit but are liked for their blossoms and foliage. (Info from Wikipedia)
